Generic host process for win32 error???

every time I boot up my laptop I get this error message and it tries to shut down. I can no longer connect to network as ip conflict error when I run ip config it tells me that it has disabled system until it gets a new ip but my tablet work fine so the connection is okay what shall I do???? is it terminal?

Thanks for this as I explained I cannot connect to the Internet so i cannot download the items in your instructions, i have written down the performance stats. I have tried netsh winsock reset over 12 hours ago but not sure what is happening if anything.0 -
you only have to download anything if you want to backup data first and are unable to boot.!!

I am using iPad which connects fine. My laptop is dell latitude d520 running xp. If that helps.0

It does, but you are going to have to get yourself over to the library in order to download an updated recovery disc for your machine.
Other than that, you'll have to go through the options listed here0 -
