fantastic customer service once again

i went to the debenhams at silverburn, glasgow on boxing day to buy some perfume and the lady in the perfume department helped find what i was looking for on two occasions, bless her

today i went to their branch in glasgow argyle street after changing my mind and to get an exchange on one of the items i had bought and the lovely lady there helped me locate the perfume i was looking for along with her colleagues, all very happy to help and very friendly and cheerful despite being mega busy obviously

well done debenhams staff, keep up the good work, easily the best customer service in retail at present despite it being the busiest time of year
