I am awaiting an item that was supposedly posted using Royal Mail parcels and have not received it.
I have been sent a Royal Mail tracking number which is 18 digits long and Royal Mail's website does not recognise it saying it is the wrong length and the sender is not replying to email messages.
I should have received the parcel before Christmas.
Has the seller sent me the correct number but not the correct courier?
Who uses 18 digit tracking numbers?

Is it a private or a business seller?
If it doesn't arrive on Monday start an INR claim. That might focus the sellers mind on his responsibilities.0 -
Try just posting it into Google. They recognise RM, UPS, Fedex, etc tracking numbers and give you a link to the appropriate company's tracking page.0
