hey
just looking for some advice as im in a bit og=f a pickle.back in march 2013 i bought a mammas and pappas buggy from asda. in november i notived the back wheels had totally wore down and way too quickly for how much we used it as if it was faulty.i searched for the reciept but seem to have misplaced so i phoned asda to see what their return policy was and they basically said no receipt no return. i then tried phoning mammas and pappas and they basically said because they had no spare part for that model that there was nothing they could do so im just wondering what rights i have now?

Legally you will require a proof of purchase. This doesn't necessarily have to be the receipt; did you pay on a credit card and can show the transaction on your statement? However, without any proof of purchase you are probably stuck.0

It's a shame you don't have the receipt but they might accept a bank statement. A lot of buggies only seem to have a six month guarantee which seems a very short time considering how expensive buggies can be. I'm surprised Mamas and Papas don't do spares for it, lots of other brands seem to do spares for their buggies. Hope you get somewhere with them.0
