Spycrush??? How to remove?!

My dad has an old PC that's running windows 98SE... now whenever he starts it up, there is a small icon near the clock that we can't seem to remove! It doesn't let you right click, and when we do click on it, it takes us to a website called "Spycrush".
I've looked in all the usual places to try and remove it..... Program files, add/remove programs etc etc but it doesn't seem to be there. Also went into the startup section of msconfig, but there's nothing there either.
Did a search on the entire PC, and a couple of things showed up in the Temp Internet files folder, which I deleted, but it's still appearing when the computer starts up.
Can someone please help?!
Thanks in advance

Have you gone though the malware removal guide on this board? Not sure how relevant it is to 98. You'll probably struggle to find a lot of security apps to work with it."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

See the Malware/Spyware removal guide sticky. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
