So an excellent price for a gym membership but I'm starting to wonder if the cheap price is now being reflected in the lack of machine maintenance!
Rowing machines are starting to fall apart, the tensioners are all coming loose, foot straps broken, digital read outs telling you how far you've done not working and handles losing their rubbers and wooden spacers! This is weeks without repair not days!!
Carpet around some of the machines starting to roll up.
One of the machines has a worn cover thats now just dangling with holes in it!
Come on E4L cheap gym membership shouldn't equate to poor maintenance!
Anyone else with E4L membership having maintenance issues?

Have you raised the issue with the gym? What was their response?0 -

Yeah raised the issue several times but it appears its their head office dragging their feet or their maintenance team anyway!
I've spoken to several people now who won't be renewing their membership and have expressed how ropey the gym is looking and its only been open since May. Must admit getting a tad fed up with the people who come in and treat the weights like they treat their litter, leave it anywhere mentality!
Lots of interchangeable handles missing rubber grips now too.
I heard a guy mention having a word with HSE over some of the issues.
Shame really it could be a great gym especially as its affordable and has lots of car parking.0
