First time renting - Rough bills PCM cost?

I'm looking to rent a 1 or 2 bed property in Surbiton/Kingston area, but have no idea what price council tax, utilities etc. are likely to add up to, and without that, it's hard to know what properties I can afford to look at.
Would anybody be able to give me an estimate of the total costs of bills payable per month might be? Excluding agency fees, tenancy fees and deposit, I am purely looking at month bills on top of my rent.

I could tell yet what my bills are but I'm not sure how much use they'd be because I live in the sticks.I share a two bed ground floor flat and all bills are divided by 2. My share includes Rent £110 pcm, electricity £80, tv license £6, home insurance £6, broadband and phone £20, sky £20, shopping £80, mobile £30, council tax £35. I've no water rates as I live in Scotland.
£382 all in but then I run a car. So you may need lo factor in those costs as well if you need to travel for work0 -
Thanks for your help. So for electrics, TV, insurance, internet/phone and council tax, you pay around £150? I'm trying to guage what to expect on top of rent in relation to the flat/house, shopping, mobile and rent I already have sorted. Thanks again0

It costs me around £150 to cover council tax, water, dual fuel bills and internet for my studio flat. I don't pay for landline, television or insurance. You can calculate your potential council tax more exactly by looking it up on your local council's website.0

C Tax: Pick a street which is typical for your desired property, and look it up on the VOA website to see which CT band your desired property would fall into. Then have a look at the council website for the prices for that band. Don't forget to deduct 25% if you will live alone.
Fuel: you can go onto the comparison websites and where it asks for annual consumption (£ / kWh), some of them have a "don't know" option, where you can then input generic details about a property and it will estimate the usage. Or you can use the standard national usage of I think 3300 kWh for electricity and 16000 (??) for gas - which will almost certainly be higher than you will use. NB. Not sure what the consumption would be for an all-electric flat (i.e. no gas central heating).
TV: will be £25 per month for the first 6 months; £12 thereafter.
Insurance: you'll only need contents in a flat. Try some quotes on a comparison website? I'd have thought perhaps £15 a month though?
Internet / phone: will depend on how you use your internet and what your needs are. I pay under £25 per month with plusnet basic phone / BB. But that's about 10GB per month usage. If you want to stream TV or Netflix (e.g.) you'll need a different tariff. Not all flats will permit cable or sky; some might have only this.0 -
No if I deduct my rent from that total I pay approx £280 for everything bar rent. When I lived in Edinburgh I paid approx £580 per month for everything, rent, council tax, electricity etc0

It depends how many people you're sharing with but if you're on your own then £150 for 'everything' is too low - you could be looking at that alone just for your council tax. I rented in Surbiton a few years ago (lovely place
) and I think our two bedroom flat was band D, which is currently about £1600 per year (so roughly £160 a month). Also don't forget water costs.

About £200 a month for utilities, c tax, broadband, tv licence and mobile for a 2 bed flat. But I'm pretty stingy with heating even though I mainly work at home. Also only have a pretty basic mobile. No sky or other tv contract; freeview for me.0
