When and how to repair lawn

Hi my dog has churned up my small lawn during the recent wet weather. I don't think there's any part of it untouched. There are a couple of bare patches where she always toilets. Any advice on the best way to tackle this would be appreciated

I have two large dogs and they have also churned up my grass as they do every year. My advice is to just leave it ! It might feel like it will never repair itself, but it will by June it will return to its former glory !0
