credit file after trustdeed

Hi all,
newbie to forum and hoping you wise folks out there can advise me
Completed trust deed in July and received my discharge in December... yay!!
I want to clean up mycredit file as much as i can and quickly but dont have contact details can anyone help? to main companies are HBOS and Pco Holdco Sarl C/O Watch Portfolio Management, who i have been told must have bought my EGG loan debt
any help appreciated

Apolgies if the HBOS appwears so obvious... what i meant was is there someone specefic that needs to be contacted or can it be done via local branch?0 -
You can do it via a customer service address, but in theory should also copy anything to their data controller.
