Hi,

I have a Very credit account and I placed a order with them - children's and women's clothing which has been delivered today. On the advice note underneath the item number and description it says "!Approval Guarantee does not apply - see terms and conditions." When I placed the order it never said anywhere that this item is not returnable.

This is 1st time and I have seen this message. I have been Very customers for number of years and ordered sale items during Christmas.

Has anyone else seen this message or is it something new?

Reason I am asking because I would like to return one of the item which I received.

can we ask what the item is ? - normally earrings and underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons

Basically verys own return policy doesnt apply to the item. So once the 7 working days has passed theres no automatic right to return as unsuitable.

DSR trumps verys terms and conditions, ive bought a cordless phone and it said the same

So that means I will need to return the item within 7 days than standard 28 days?

7 Working days as per the DSRs

SDG are moving over to that model as a lot of people would abuse the returns policy/

Thats what they are saying, That HAG doesn't apply but your stat. rights remain unaffected.
