Hi
My house is currently on the market, we have no Mortgage on the house, we own it outright (on market at 80k) we have seen a house that we love but can't move forward as we don't have a buyer or deposit for mortgage (all tied up in house)
Are there any options to allow us to buy house which are secured on current house I.E bridging loans or remortgage current house for deposit for new mortgage? We have a combined yearly salary of 53k and 31 and 27 so age is still on our side. Any ideas? All suggestions and recommendations welcomed
Thanks in advance
Duncan

Go to your bank, remortgage your current house would be one option, but still take time0

Will banks allow you to remortgage for use as deposit on new house? New house is up for 180k so would only need 18k min as 10% deposit0
