Read the sticky thread from the latest one and go back 10 or so pages and you will something that has been indicated above. We win all popla appeals that has been aided by forum members here. If you wish to pay after learning that we win 100% of the time then we cannot help you.

You have a popla code, this is your chance to get this cancelled with one email
I have a popla code, how do you get it cancelled with one email. I am worried that I will appeal and lose and have to go to court. Mine was also a case of two parts displayed on dash and one blew off onto floor but I have evidence I have paid.

    Hi B1rdie,

You have posted on someone elses thread - please read the Newbies thread linked below(to understand the POPLA process see post #3 including for sample appeals)

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822

select an appeal to modify and when you are ready for help fine tuning it post it on your own thread

ps the circumstances aren't relevant - the POPLA appeal needs to be based on the relevant legal arguments -the three main ones are not a geniine pre estimate of loss, no legal standing to pursue charges and non compliant signage - so look for appeals that are for the same parking company, same location (if poss) or at least similar type i.e. free car park or P&D and type of charge they are seeking

he has already posted his own thread earlier and I gave several links to existing threads and popla appeals that are for this site and this parking company

ps:- you dont email popla, so I assume stroma meant one email to the PPC

you apply online or by post to popla

@parkingfinemagnet I just sent you a pm which I hope you will get a notification about. Could really do with your POPLA code and Assessor's name and date of decision to help another person who since lost at POPLA (same place same details) as PPS have clearly massaged the figures.

If you still have the evidence pack from PPS please send it to me, folders, photos and all so I can compare the cases.

    thanks,
