Used 152.43 from 167.58. 15.15 free.
I never let it get below 5GB.
It's still going to struggle with such low free space..normally once you get lower than 15% free windows will struggle

When running CCleaner make sure you run it as Administrator and ALSO as User(s).You can lose a loose goose.
