Pay ALL your debt off by Xmas 2014!

Can I have a number please? My current debt is £7045.54 I've already paid this down by about £500 this month, everything is moved to 2 0% credit cards; one 0% until December 2014 and the other 0% until May 2016. My trouble isn't the paying back - it's the not buying as soon as a card is clear. Once all the transactions are finalised on to the 0% I have one spare card to close and will ask to reduce the limit on the second card so there's no room to spend.0

Please may I join again... seeing as I never updated my debt once last year (hangs head in shame).
My target to clear is £5,500.0 -
Urg, not going to hit my £700 savings target for the car this month - just too much to pay out! I will be close though with around £500.0

does anyone else feel really impatient??? sigh! i don't want to wish my life away, but i'm pretty bored of not doing anything!
Yes definitely share this feeling, I am very impatient:D. My mortgage payments went out today so can report a debt reduction, but need to wait a few more days before credit card payments are due.
Mortgage payment £325.51 off the capital I owe. (Interest payment was £226!) I need to average a reduction of £1,050 per month to reach my target for the year (this is 43% of the money I earn), but think I will exceed this for January because I have lots of food left in and no plans for any big spends. I will also take my lunches to work every day and pack the kids up their dinners also.:D
Good luck everyone.

Ok, so I've worked out if I pay £50 a day, every day, all the way up to Christmas, I'll be debt free.
It'll be a struggle (financially) but it feels quite easy to log on to my computer every morning and pay £50, so I'm going to go at it that way. Otherwise the thought of tackling almost £18K will overwhelm me!
I think it will also challenge me to find money every month (week / day / hour!) knowing that every morning I need to have £50 available.
So, with that said, I've made today's (and yesterday's) payment, and also cancelled a £400 order for a new treadmill (does that count as a payment?) which puts me at...
