Velux roller shutters

I'm looking at roller shutters for Velux windows (the Velux site doesn't explain them very well, there is a better explanation here), I know that they are good for keeping heat in during Winter, and keeping cool in Summer, but I'd also like to know...

1) Do they help significantly with general noise reduction? Noise wouldn't be a huge problem, it's only really when you get people revving up cars, etc. A bit of extra noise reduction would be useful

2) Reducing rain noise would be welcome, though a much cheaper alternative for that could be an awning blind?

3) Can they be installed from the inside? I know awning blinds can be, as the Veluxblindsdirect website says so, but the Veluxblindsdirect website does not appear to sell roller shutters. I have read that they are

4) Can anyone tell me if they are available for window size GGL P06? This website doesn't list that size, neither does this one, nor this one , so I am guessing not, unless it's compatible with one of the other sizes?
