Dealership Issues

Me and my wife purchased a brand new Nissan last December as a wedding present for ourselves.
I negotiated the deal partially via email and over the phone as we live 130 miles from the dealership.
Whilst on the phone with the dealership and just prior to saying 'yes' I noticed on there website it said 3 years free servicing.
The sales manager joked no more you've squeezed me enough, but Ill have to honour it but IT we're suppose to remove the advert yesterday.
Picked the car let the wife sign the paperwork as I have a car in my name drove off etc etc...fast track 12 months
Took the car to the dealership only to be told no service plan on the vehicle.
Naturally straight onto the dealership to find the sales manager has left the company. spoke to a new service manager who was downright rude...I'll give an example, raise issue on the weds no call back until the following monday despite 8 phone calls being made...picks the phone and says her name no apology for not calling back etc doesn't look to resolve the issue just say I'm not willing to help you. the sales manager said that there was no mention of the service record on the sales invoice.
I asked her to find the web advert again unwilling to do so saying they will have no record of it. end of conversation
The only thing I have apart from a verbal agreement over then phone is an email I sent to another dealership when negotiating saying that the said dealership were giving free servicing and here's the link to confirm my story (naturally this just goes to there home screen now)
I think the hosting company will have a record of all changes being made to the site.
Advice needed please to where as to where I stand
Cheers

Of course the free servicing is part of the agreed contract.
Your only problem is convincing the service department.
A bit of a long shot, but see if wayback machine, or maybe another web archive, has a copy of the particular webpage at the right time.0 -
I think you'll find that many of us in this instance would take screen shots of the advert. A lesson learnt me thinks.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0

I suppose when dealing with actual service manager and not a sales chap I would of expected the deal to be noted. I've raised the complaint with Nissan and will raise with trading standards if I can get hold of the advert.
My argument with the sales manager was 1) the email I had to the other dealership saying look on there site it shows free servicing and 2) I'm paying £17k for a car would I really skimp on paying £300 for a 3 year service plan if it had already been given to me for free0 -

Everything is negotiable, including getting a better deal at the expense of another perk, in this case the service plan.
As far as the paperwork goes you are stuck without the service plan, proving the verbal contract now when paperwork is in place to the contrary will be very difficult.0 -
The free servicing may have been a nationwide deal so it would be worth speaking to Nissan directly to see what they have to say.0
