Hi
My son got a iPod touch in 2012 he purchases music etc using a iTunes card one of which he got for Xmas. He has redemrd the voucher and the credit has loaded on to the iPod however when he goes to buy anything it is saying it is his first time he has made a purchase. It us asking him to answer his security questions however he cannot remember the answers. I have been on to the apple website it is saying to log in which we have done it then says to click on passwords and security try to remember the passwords if they are incorrect a
Ink will appear to reset the questions. We have done all thus and there is no link does anyone know how to reset without making a30 mile trip to the nearest store or waiting a WK for a call
Thanks
