Buying FIFA 14 coins for my son on PS3

Aside from the obvious issue of enabling companies that help to increase the price of players and EA with it's habit of selling in game. I was under the impression that while buying coins from 'legit' sites would be reasonably safe; EA do not allow this and if you are found out your account will get blocked.
"EA's Terms of Service do explicitly state that the outside purchase or sale of FIFA Ultimate Team Coins is grounds for account closure. EA are however also aware that many unsuspecting users do not know this, and they are making sure there are more ways to establish that coin-selling is not allowed"0
