Hi,
I normally grow Charlotte potatoes in bags which are second earlies and Desiree main crop. I was perusing T&M's website which got me thinking about first earlies.
What do you recommend to grow as a first early potato?

I grew Maris Bard, Red Duke of York, Desiree and Purple Majesty this year. T&M say Maris Bard and Red Duke of York are first earlies and I can definitely recommend them for taste.0

I grew Casablanca this year and they tasted divine! I didn't get a heavy crop but I'm comparing to maincrop as this is the first year I've grown anything else. I tried second earlies this year too (Vivaldi) - they were lovely.0
