Anyone come across something which will give me a list of the files and folders of my Music, text, Excel or delimited, which I can then convert into Access, the conversion is no problem, but all the answered I have googled just go down one level, then you have to expand each directory/folder individually, and I want a fully expanded list down to files.

open a terminal window and type in

    dir c:\*.mp3 /s > music.txt

This should search every folder and sub folder on your PC for any mp3 file and output the results to a file music.txt

If you have other file types like .wma then you should run it again but change the .mp3 to whatever other file type you want to find.

    Thanks Mr Toad.

For some reason it would not let me write to C: but once I changed the output path, it worked fine.

No I used to know how to get a title to appear on each line, so it was linked to the record, back to google.
