1. By entering the competition to win a Chelsea FC Special Edition I watch, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions published by Rotary Watches.
2. The prize is one Chelsea FC Special Edition I watch (GB90048/04).
3. To enter the competition, the participant must provide their name, country of residence and a valid e-mail address in the input fields provided on the competition page during 26 December 2013 - 6 January 2013.
4. In doing so, the participant will have agreed to the following Terms and Conditions
5. The prize draws is open to participants worldwide, over the age of 18 and have a valid email address. Fake email addresses used to enter the competition will not be eligible to enter.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Entries from multiple emails from one person will not be allowed.
7. This competition is not open to participants who are employees or agents of Rotary watches or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families.
8. No purchase necessary
9. The closing date for the competition is 12noon on Wednesday 6 January 2013.
10. There will be one winner, who will be contacted via the email address used to enter the competition. Rotary will not be responsible for any failure by a winner to receive the email.
11. The prize must be claimed by the winner replying to the email within 48 hours of first contact, if delayed Rotary has the rights to select another winner.
12. Prize will be sent out within four weeks of the competition ending.
13. Rotary has the right to select an alternative winner if:
    1. A winner is ineligible to enter the competition
    2. Unable to reach a winner within the timeframe outlined below
14. The prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner.
15. Rotary will not be responsible or liable for:
    1. Any failure to receive entries or contacting winner by email delivery
    2. Any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions
    3. Any computer or communication related malfunctions or failures
    4. Any disruption, losses or damage to the prize during shipping
    5. Any typographical errors in any material associated with the competition
16. Rotary shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims and entries including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age and other relevant details of an entrant.
17. Rotary reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
18. By entering this competition, the participant agrees to allow Rotary and Chelsea FC (and any third parties authorised on Rotary’s behalf) to use your name and likeness for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time, in all media including but not limited to the internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
    1. By entering this competition, the participant agrees to the use of their email address for marketing purposes by Rotary and by Chelsea FC.
19. The name of the winner will be published on Facebook and Twitter once the winner have claimed the prize via email. www.facebook.com/rotarywatches and www.twitter.com/rotarywatches
20. Rotary’s decision is final in relation to any dispute about the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. This competition, and these terms and conditions, are governed by English Law.
