in Techie Stuff
I have a Acer laptop with windows 7 .It keeps shutting down and going into a blue screen that says system -service- exception and says things about dump files.It also says Technical Information coxoooooo3b and lots of other things.I run ADW Cleaner with no luck and have Avast security.Went on Mr Google and it does not look good.Any help or info would be great, i have a very very limited knowledge of these things.

Is it under warranty? Acer laptops do seem to have more reliability issues, often related to bad soldering or Nvidia issues more than some brands.
