Sliding wardrobe doors

Used them no bother earlier last night. Went to go back and neither door will slide open. I think one side has maybe come off the track at the end in the middle behind other door. Unable though to manoeuvre it back as no space. Am I right in thinking the outer one will have to be removed first.
