Asus warranty repair

Could someone possibly help. My laptop has just broken and my warranty with Asus is about to expire on 28/12. I've tried to submit a repair request but it has been rejected because they say the invoice information is incorrect. I submitted a copy of an email invoice I received from Ebuyer. I think they are wanting a scan of a actual paper invoice. As far as I remember I did not receive a paper invoice from Ebuyer, I always keep receipts/invoices so I doubt I would have thrown it away. Asus have done a repair previously to the laptop not long after I purchased it, I sent a print out of the invoice email with the repair and it was accepted. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do about this.? I have PayPal receipt also.
