Once again I must praise Hermes, Ordered an item from one of the TV shopping channels at 11.15 yesterday morning and a happy smiling driver from Hermes was at my door at 11.00AM today, now that is what I call a great service :0)

    I sent three parcels off just before Christmas week. They were picked up on time and delivered early. Could not fault the service.
