If you like that shape I'd much rather buy an LV Neverfull.
I've got both and agree, the LV is much sturdier.Sex and Drugs and Sausage Rolls.0 -
I thought the same about the Dorset Tote. I've got Bayswater totes and they're sturdier.
Incidentally one of mine was from Bicester outlet and after six months I still can't find the fault.0 -
I also have a LV Neverfull but hate using it to transport work things about in, hence looking for something a little cheaper and something I wouldn't be that bothered about but you're right the Dorset Tote is not worth the money and I didn't think the straps would cope with hauling my stuff about.0

Bays tote is gorgeous, it's definitely on my wish list. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
I'm having to send my lily back, it has blue ink marks on it - really disappointed especially as I paid £8 for postage. I went into House of Fraser today and bought another one at least I could there was on marks or stains on it0

Ladies very disappointed for you all on your purchases
Word of advice take pictures of all the faults, and return them, that way you have evidence, and also you are well within your rights to contact trading standards, considering the amount of you having what seem as seconds, the company are misleading customers
Hope you all get your refundsI love a Bargain :beer:0 -

If you speak to the right person customer service is very good, I had an issue a few weeks ago and was getting nowhere fast with the very nice but totally clueless people instore. Quick email to head office and got a great response and had it all sorted really quickly. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Have just received Email from customer service after over a 10 days of waiting for them to reply. They want me to phone them and discuss the problem. They wandered if I had any photos bit of a cheek as it has taken them an age even to reply. After all of the probs and disappointment they have given us they may just get told some home thruths.0
