Has anyone seen a slate blue regular or small Alexa on their travels? Saw them on mulberry site. Decided against it and now want one.

I received my bag today but it's got 2 black marks on the front :-(
Really disappointed as it took twice as long to get here as it should have done and it's faulty. I've emailed them but will be sending it back unless they are able to offer a generous discount.

My daughter and I purchased one bag each under one order. When I received them yesterday they were crammed into one outer bag squashing them up. I was not amused. This is not what you expect from this Company.

Which company did you buy from? I would definitely take photos of how the order was received, any marks or anything that can be seen, as proof to send in an attachment to an e-mail. I would expect a free exchange!

I purchased them from Mulberry.

Definitely wouldn't expect that from Mulberry, perhaps if it was from a second party retailer - Selfridges etc.

They are all as bad as each other at sales time...I assume they use temp staff when busy same as everyone else but poor show

Yes it was very disappointing. One of the things that you enjoy is taking the bag out of its packing but on this occasion it was oh dear what are we going to find. I am going to email them but am still waiting for a reply to one I sent last weekend.
