Can anybody recommend a dishwasher please. My Bosch has just broken down and I have to say I'm not best pleased as its not that old.
I wondered if anyone takes Which! magazine and can tell me what the best buys are in the £300 region.
Many thanks, and Happy Christmas :santa2:

I let my mind wander and it never came back!

No need to spend that much. My £200 Beko is fantastic! http://ao.com/product/DWD5414W-Beko-Standard-Dishwasher-White-28304.aspxconsultant31 wrote: »Can anybody recommend a dishwasher please. My Bosch has just broken down and I have to say I'm not best pleased as its not that old.

Beko have had lots of appliance fire scares.
If your Bosch is only, perhaps , a year out of warranty, I would have a word with the manufacturer.0 -
What is wrong with it ?
You can buy most spares online and get them delivered if you fancy having a go yourself.
My tumble dryer broke down and I googled for possible fixes and I ended up only spending £30 on parts so did not have to fork out for a new one.

Bosh have had them too, to be fair. http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/appliance-industry-news/78-bosch/3138-bosch-dishwasher-recall-due-to-possible-fire-risk.html
Anything involving water and electrical components such as heating elements could pose a fire risk. That's why people shouldn't run such appliances when they are in bed, or out of the house.
We've had several of the equivalent Beko model to the link I posted at work since 2007 - only just replaced with the latest model because the pump went on one of them. Used 2 to 3 times a day each and very reliable.
I also bought a Beko washing machine for my home this year. It's also excellent.0 -
