....if they return ALL the items in the order they are entitled to a refund of the initial delivery charge. If you keep some of the items in the order, you aren't entitled to any refund for the initial delivery charge (i.e. it is NOT pro-rated).

I did a load yesterday online no problems, all being sent to my store.

Maybe today is crazy busy and by tomorrow it will settle a bit, keep trying

I went instore with hope of getting some new bras as I have lost almost 3 stones. The problem is I need to try them on to see what size I need - changing rooms are closed - apparently because they are too busy. It was really quiet tbh

Glad of this post as I was thinking of heading down to my local store this morning. Just googled it and realised that it was open yesterday - doubt anything much worth saving will be left.

Tried that will well over £75 in my basket and it didn't work
Says not on food or wine when I check further
