Energy club cashback not received

I was notified by email on 11 December that my Cheap Energy Club cashback was ready and that I would either receive a cheque or it would be credited to my bank account within a couple of days. By 19 December I still hadn't received anything so I sent an email asking about the whereabouts of the cashback. I still haven't heard anything from MSE or received my cashback. There are no other ways of getting in touch, so I'm posting this on the forum in the hope of getting a response or, preferably, my cashback. Thanks.
