I can't see where the cashback offers appear - can anyone help? I use my halifax CC a lot but not usually my debit card so may have none but can't see where they would be?

Forget that...just realised you have to activate it. It wont let me because the reward account was through BoS originally grrr.0

Have you activated the cashback offers? There is a online guide to the scheme here
