Having uninstalled about 6 apps from my Nexus 5, they are now removed from the phone.
However when I log into my 'My apps' in 'Google Play' store on my Computer they still appear in my installed list
How can I get rid of them from my PC 'Google Play' store?

That removes them from your MyApps list. But if you search for any of these removed apps in the Play store it will still show them as installed. There is no solution to that issue.0 -
Strange there is no solution!
I would have thought that the play store would sync with device and remove them, but google must have a reason to keep them on there??0 -
Who knows the thought process of Google The Omnipotent.

But the link I posted resolves the specific question you asked (removing from MyApps). It's just that if you then search for a removed app, the information for the app will show it as installed - you can still click the Install button to reinstall if you wish.
Maybe they're just making it easy for us to know that those apps have been installed previously, so we can make an informed decision as to whether reinstall them? (I mean, there must have been a reason why we uninstalled them in the first place).

perhaps the reason ?
if I do a factory reset of the mobile it makes it easy to find them again0 -
The little x next to the app is what i use to remove from the list .0

I have 5 devices on my Play store
so the installed message doesnt actually mean anything with regards to what it is/isnt installed on each device doesnt show until i click 'installed' to get a list of devices up as to what has/hasnt got the app.
it is a weird set up0 -
Be glad you didnt have a sony Z1 Ultra GPE which had a bug that prevented you from uninstalling apps full stop
