NCP Parking - Bailiff Letter
Comments
-
Thanks for those of you who have responded...
The letter I received was from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd
Apologies if my heading of bailiff was incorrect as I have mistaken the two. Unfortunately huge work and family commitments meant that I missed the deadline for the POPLA appeal, my fault entirely but certainly not intentional.0 -
Search the forum for 'Recovery' and read the reams of stuff already about this firm, such as in LoveNorfolk's recent thread (one of dozens). Use the 'search this forum' heading next to 'forum tools' above the thread list on page one.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
DR Plus are well catered for in the NEWBIES sticky thread, also in many other threads on here
so it would appear you are at the point where you ignore all DR letters and only deal with LEGAL letters like LBA or LBCCC etc (court , not numpty DR)0 -
By the way if you are interested in why ncp is highly unlikely to go to court IMO ever again, read this by parking prankster, and the very long thread linked to pepipoo
http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2013/08/ncp-fork-out-87000-after-towing-car.htmlWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
