Alfie thanks for looking up the D.I.Y. Library re felt on roof. I hate spiders that's why I had my son help me clear out the shed during the summer. I think spiders have got really big now compared to years ago.
Weather was awful here yesterday but not raining at the moment.

I see you have been busy again firefly getting ready for Spring. Nothing like Spring here it has rained non stop all days.

Sorry Alfie can't help with the spider you will have to rely of firefly for that. Last time we cleared our sheds a tiny mouse ran out and made me jump a mile. Leave sheds to Fred now.

Been bust again as the tribe came to lunch again. Did some mince, had to put some mixed veg in to make it go round as didn't think they were coming again today.

Must try and catch up now.

Alfie, I thought of you in the garden today when I got an email for 75% off garden stuff! There was some lovely stuff but I've deleted the email now by accident and I think it was called gardens2you (or something like that! )

It's my dads 70th bday today so we had a little family get together for him last night as he hates any fuss normally! My dozy sister said to him ...'[I'here's to the next 70 years!' [/I] :rotfl: I can't imagine him being here at the age of 140!

hope all is well,I am fine today,I went to my parents for a nice lunch and then I came home and sat down in lounge and watched The Phantom of the Opera I brought yesterday,its brillient and loved all the singing and dancing,the music is so lovely I had tears in eyes and was dabbing at my eyes,so love Gerard as the Phantom hes brill and good looking It filled up most of my afternoon which was nice and I washed and dried some clothes while watching the dvd.
I will see what Call the Midwife is about tonight i think and then watch the Three Musketeers afterwards so a good night for tv viewing.

Glad you are having a lovely holiday Sheils,back to the gym tomorrow for me as I must try and regain my exercise but I will take it easy

I am out to the Theatre tomorrow night to see a pantomime with some friends
