Hi peeps!,
Still dry with blue sky and sunshine here but the temp is dropping! I'm looking forward to putting the fire on later and snuggling on the sofa to watch Catchphrase and Harry's South Pole heroes with a glass of wine of course!
Glad everyone has had a nice day even with hailstones!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -

You're so right about Lidl being quieter, Sylvia! Also, the checkout queues are shorter, despite them having less tills. Everything is just more efficient... And a lot of the food tastes much better than Sainsburys - especially the fresh bakery items
Yes, love their apple turnovers when they have just come out of the oven. Does your store have an fresh bakery thing like ours? We find their fresh meet is good, chicken pieces/pork chops etc and their whole chicken are good too. Also cheese and like their creamy pasta sauce too. We also use their own make coffee.
No hail for us been quite nice apart from the odd brief shower.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -

LOL FF, my parents have a fishpond with frogs and they often see them hopping around in the evenings. Their cat loves them too and we have see her playing a kind of cat ping pong with them when she bats them with her paw around the lawn! She never hurts them or eats them - we think she is genuinely playing a game with them!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0

We've also had huge hailstones today! Roll on summer! Wrap up warm sheils, it's freezing here if you're anywhere near here.
Great pics everyone
If anyone has the maltesers BGT promo packets it starts tomorrow so you can also win packets of maltesers or a bowl(I've got 6 packets here
I haven't eaten them all though!
)
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
Eeeeek my peepsters are really peeping tonight! Up at 3.30 am yesterday morning and 3.30 am today! I am dreading changing the hour next week - if I wake up and see 2.30am on the clock I will just cry!
I actually bought a silk pillowcase last week because I read silk pillowcases are meant to help you sleep but I must fall asleep and then wake myself up again because my head starts to slide off the pillow causing me to subconsciously feel I am falling in my dream - like sliding down a rainbow! DOH!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0
