Jess, Yes Sea Houses is lovely and you can get a little ferry over to the farne Islands where you can see lots of puffins! They are adorable little birds! puffin-skip.jpg

Glad your bloods are ok Rose so enjoy your wine! I get my bloods checked monthly as my Crohn's causes my iron levels to drop! As a result I have to visit the hospital every three months for an iron infusion! I don't mind having my bloods taken now but the nurses often struggle to find a decent vein in my little arms so they have to use the top of my hand or wrist and it hurts more there! very-sad.gif
:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea

Oooh, what seeds did you plant, Sax? If it's not fruit or veggies, I will probably not be interested... It's all about the food :rotfl:

I have rocket, mint, chives, tomatoes, tequilla peppers, 4 different types of chilli and loads of eggshells with cress in them. Will have strawberries, spring onion, radish and letttuce being done this week.
All trying to be crammed on the kitchen windowsill and then out on the balcony.

Used to have a garden and an allotment (ex gave that up with no option for me to take it on) so my days of growing all and sundry are now gone

Hope you have a lovely time in Sea Houses Bella. Have always meant to visit there but never got further north than Whitley Bay or further south than Edinburgh so that bit of coast is still to be explored!

Sorry late in today as overslept, couldn't get to sleep last night and read for hours.

Didn't realise you could get a ferry to the Farne Islands to see the puffins Bella. Sea Houses isn't that far from us in Durham so will have to go. My DD2 is always asking about it when she comes up here. Enjoy anyway. I agree with you too its best to keep smiling and try and be positive if you can.

Thanks for the lovely pics today firefly. It will be easier for you to feed your Zoo now the weather is getting better. We have a garden full of lovely daffs/tulips etc at the moment and I noticed yesterday that the chives and mint are coming through again as well. Must get some basil going as well as loved that last year.

I am pleased you got OK at the Doctors this morning Rosemac, enjoy your win tonight.

A trip along the coast sounds just perfect for the weekend JessicAhh, have a lovely time.

Enjoy your weekend away again Sheils and look forward to the pics, please.

Hope you Brother is improving Wingo, big hugs for you all at this time.

Keep smiling SAX, your pot plants sound good and hope they all come through OK. Sorry your plans for the weekend have not worked out for you.

Sorry if I have missed anyone, will catch you later.
