    Good luck with the next attempt, Sax11 :) What methods have you tried? Someone I know used the Allen Carr book - worked for him apparently...

    How thoughtful of your LO, just_a_girl, to make sure you're in to receive the ITV call. I do worry they might have got your number and my number mixed up though... :rotfl:

    morning everyone had a very productive morning up at 6am got cleaning and shopping done fish pie made for tonight weather here horrible windy and wet wellcome to spring lol hope you all have a lucky day you to sax lol just take a deep breath and smile:):D

    I've tried. Zyban, champix, patches, lozenge, spray, gum, going cold turkey, electronic. Can't afford hypnosis or any more prescriptions

    And i've read that book - utter tosh

    postie just brought me gillette venus razor and blades I won from savvy circle so anyone else who won they will be with you shortly:j sax practice with a mirror then when you have to pull out a smile or a grin you can ;):p

    Haha...well somethings happend, i was expecting a call at 12.30 on the dot, they obviously having problems with their telephones, im sure they will ring me when there fixed!

    sax I feel for you with the stopping smoking I had stopped for 6 months then there was a big crisis and the first thing I went for was a ciggy thank god it wasnt alcohol lol god knows what state I'd be in now:eek:

    i've went through the alcohol stage when i had my first crisis - was a lot more expensive than smoking :rotfl:
