I have used mine outside when sat in garden Sylvia but I didn't have a screen protector on at the time so when sun was glazing on it there was a shine on it. It's great though for fast moving from page to page. I'm used to my iPad now although I could still do more on it if I researched it!
I can't get used to a laptop anymore but will eventually get a pc so I can sit at the desk again!
Sun is glorious here today, I feel spoilt!Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
Sun is out here now too - quite warm really.
I'm not clued up on iPads. What do they do that ordinary tablets don't?
I assume iTunes is one thing.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

I like them for their quickness and easy navigation but the only downfall is you can't get flash player although you can get similar. My kids have a blackberry playbook but I can't use it....I feel like throwing it out the window! My kids say the iPad is better and always try to go on it rather than their own playbook.Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0

Watching the Hull v Sunderland match on tv! The Hull players look like bumble bees! I hate bumble bees!
My two brothers are at the match and my poor parents are up in Scotland feeling miffed as it is not televised up in Scotland! Oops!

Most of the time we can't see Scotland matches never mind Sunderland ones Bella. We always get England matches though and it drives everyone mad.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

Yes I know - I lived in Scotland for 6 years and whenever England played, all the Scottish went to the pubs to support the other team! Yet loads of Scottish men support English Premier teams!? I don't understand!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -

Think they get sick of hearing about 1966 and worried another win would mean even more! :rotfl:
2 of mine supported Glasgow Rangers though so football isn't discussed as much as before. DS3 supports Liverpool now as DH comes from there and Rangers not in SPL. Oldest supports Aberdeen for some strange reason and Sydney FC now.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

My ex supported Celtic! I used to wear my England top just to wind him up LOL! Loads of his mates supported Newcastle Utd, Man Utd, Chelsea etc though - which I found strange! I didn't realise there was so much animosity until I moved to Scotland! I wonder how the votes will go later this year - independence or not? Hard to say!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0

Our town if full of English peeps as we aren't that far over the border and lots retired here. There was also an army base near here and loads married the Scots girls and then returned when they left the army. Not really any animosity here except to the Polish who seem to have arrived in droves and don't mix.
Think it will be a "no" vote. I have voted SNP all my life but happy with our own parliament and have been promised more powers.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

Sounds lovely Sheils! My mum has researched her family tree and her family all seemed to come from Berwickshire, Coldingham, Edrom etc, so we have visited those parts photographing grave stones (yes, my mum is that obsessed!) and viewing church records and those little towns and villages are ever so canny! We are always over on the Isle of Arran too and my dad often goes fishing up in Shetland so my family love Scotland! When I lived up there I loved seeing the highland 'coos' !!! They are so furry but huge!
I have also visited Edinburgh and Glasgow a few times and they are both great cities!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0
