Will give it a go too thanks sax. DH is keen to do a bit more cooking and pointless asking DS2 & DS3 who are chefs as they use so many expensive ingredients! I get bored cooking the same things all the time.

Congratulations to all who had wins today. I came home to a red card, I don't know what it is for - the only prize I am waiting for is a box of After Eights. Will have to wait until Monday to find out.
Weather bad here raining all day. Have been trying to get my fire lite from teatime and no further forward as it stills goes out.

Sheils good to hear your DS is on his way back home. Do you think he will stay in Scotland or head away again. My son was home at Christmas but he seems determined to continue to work abroad. You can not blame them when there is no work here for them.

Evening all! Have had a lovely day out with the kids and my parents! After a visit to the Metro Centre, we then had a refreshing walk around the Angel of the North!

I see some of you have had some WEMs Well done! I came home to find I have won a Drummond Park game for the kids and a pair of designer glasses for myself so a lovely end to the day!

Hope you enjoy your evening - I feel shattered with all the fresh air so am going to chill with a glass of rose!

This DS will be staying in Scotland I think Dreams. He wasn't earning enough in Oz. He gets plenty of work here as a chef The older one is coming back for a holiday in June but going back as he is an accountant and has another 18 months on his contract with Deloite.
