Having some trouble today with sharing on facebook and the awful captchas that keep coming up. Hope this isn't a new thing.

How do some of you people manage all the competitions - there's only so much i can do in work time

You haven't been doing lots of shares have you sax? I heard someone say once that they got captchas for a while before they got banned.
Shame work is getting in the way of your comping!
