No snow here yet firefly but wouldn't be surprised if we got some although its only forecast rain, rain, rain. Did you see on the news in Devon where the rail track was just hanging with nothing underneath it? It always amazes me how peeps still stand right close up to the big waves, its so dangerous.

Its horrible when your glasses turn out not to be right after waiting for them Elle, I would ask for a refund if I were you.

Nice that you food box came Sheils, sounds really interesting.

Black is a good color choice Wingo, I know the colored ones look nice but I think they go out of fashion too quickly and then you would want another.

Well TV has come but no You view box although they were both on a 24 delivery. That means one of us will have to stay in again tomorrow which is a shame as we had arranged to have breakfast with DD1.

I cooked as lunch time today, some nice white Haddock and veg so just having soup for tea.

Am so excited about the TV, thought it would be an entry level one but its not. Its has 3D and WiFi and is reduced to £629 at argos so well chuffed with it. Looking forward to You view box coming, it was on a 24hr delivery same a TV so hope it comes tomorrow.

Forgot to mention that the Sun Maid hamper came the other day. They re-delivered it after the peeps up the road from us kept it. Nice little hamper, they sent some choc as the Sun Maid bus was now out of stock.

Hope you have all had a good day, it chucking it down here and very windy but not complaining as some peeps have it really bad.

Really jealous abut your TV win Sylvia! Hope you have lots of fun with it. TV is top of my wish list this year, won last years favourites so fingers crossed.

Just been on the phone to our plumber reminding him about our jobs. Bit of charm and making him feel guilty usually works. Have known him for about 35 years so usually a long process when he visits as we have long catch ups before sorting out what we want.

Been watching Dawish on the news - must be terrible. I have only been there once and it was lovely. Saw some of the Dawlish black swans when we were there.

No she isn't that far from there Sylvia. Weather been OK here really. Looking OK for Edinburgh this Sunday too - keeping fingers crossed as usual.

Sounds like DS1 is meaning to come home for a little while at the end of May after he has been to Bermuda for a wedding which will be nice. He was so close to DS3 & DD but they have grown up so much since he last saw them. He usually gets to speak to DD but managing to catch DS3 is difficult with the time difference.
DS2 not meaning to be home until about 24th Feb so still worried about him.
