I had a couple of years using filetti for my ds' eczema but I have now found that Surcare works just as well and doesn't cause the itching. (grrrr! why is it never the cheap stuff that works?) I also use soda crystals or napisan when I think the clothes are mucky enough to need some extra oomph. The theory with the napisan being that it is meant for nappies and as nappies are next to delicate bottoms it must be quite mild but also strong enough to deal with the nasty stuff
