Blind experts required, measuring?

I'm going to order made to measure roller blinds for my porch, problem i'm having is the width, i normaly measure the recess size as all the websites suggest, but 2 of the blinds meat at an internal corner, looking at it i think i should give the recess width for 1 of them about 60mm smaller than the other one.
Does that sound about right?
They will be fixed to the window if that helps.

I would ask the people who are going to make them how you should measure them.

maybe this will help.

frugalmacdugal has the correct method. You need to know the overall dimension that the blind sits out from the window (including brackets and depth of fabric when rolled up).

I had e mailed the company, but got no reply, i should go elsewhere, but they had nice style and prices

Hi,

It's my belief that if a company isn't very responsive BEFORE they've got your cash they certainly won't improve AFTER they have it. After-sales service is likely to be dire.
