Integrated W/M working its way out?

Hello

We have had a new kitchen recently adn we noticed over the last few days the washing machine getting louder , today it looked like the door had come off (which is attached to the w/m) , so it seems the washing machine is working its way out of the hole it`s in

Is this normal , shouldnt there be some sort of restrictions stopping it moving?

Cheers in advance

Probably needs leveling. There should be adjustable feet at the bottom. Or its badly loaded. These are the usual problems when WM 'walk'

We had a kitchen fitted a few weeks ago and the fitter advised not to have an integrated washer for those reasons,we have had a freestanding behind a normal door

Integrated or free standing, it shouldn't go walk about.

Idiot question, the transit straps have been removed haven't they???

the cupboard door is attached to the w/m itself , and to be able to see the bottom of the washing machine and check the advice alrerady given, i would have to remove the plinth , which i dont really want to do , i will have to contact the kitchen fitter and ask him to come take a look i guess
