Filling three holes...what to use?

Had abit of electric work done around the house and one bedroom had three sockets removed (there was a few too many in this bedroom)
I was looking for advice on how to fill holes.
Gone back to the brick, I originally though aload of filler, however this could be expensive as I've brought two 1kg tubs and hardly made a dent.
On the plus side when I come to laying new skirting it will be higher so cover a little of the void.
Advice please...?

No, over kill, next post will be how to get of 20kgs of gone orf plaster
From the start, a small bag of ready mixed dry mortar.
Fill to just below any flush surface.
Polyfill from thereon, given that you won't have an open bag of finish as some have.;);)I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -
Not sure how you can ever have too many sockets.
Anyway, cut a piece of wood or an old brick to fit the hole, fill over it.0 -
It is not possible to have too many sockets. It is hard for me( a retired electrician) to get my mind around that concept. The thought of someone spending good money to remove sockets, borders on the ridiculous.
Anyway, a small bag of mortar mix is quite cheap and easy to use.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -

I could agree but then ten double sockets in a bedroom seemed abit excessive.
