I've been reading a lot of complaints about Asda's home delivery service. My own experience of having over £180 of my money ringfenced for over a week due to a double-charge is documented elsewhere.

Don't use them, and let others know via forums such as this of their shoddy business practices. It's as simple as that.

I used them once and only once. I spent so much time on the phone sorting out problems it was untrue. Frustrating and time wasting. I never had any explanation or apology and never used them again.
