BUT this is not a good idea. It's a lovely sentiment but besides Scamps being the sort who wouldn't accept this sort of help (as he's said) it is something that im sure many of us have seen in the past. It can all go horribly wrong and cause arguments. Giving to charity or a collection like we did when Mad passed is one thing. Giving money to fellow eliters who have fallen on hard times is not something we should do in my opinion. Those who would rather not may feel bad and others may feel like they have to even if they can't because they don't have much themselves.
Im sorry if not everyone agrees with that. It is just my opinion. We can all help with advice, support and even practical help and Im sure plenty will. This isn't a go at you at all, as I said the sentiment is lovely.
I do and don't agree- it wasn't so long ago that the secret Facebook groups were doing the same thing to help someone on there.
