I was not suggesting dropping to another level but she has rammed you good and proper by taking your stuff you jointly owned. Without your consent and emptied your joint account
So if it was me I would get some joint credit without her consent0 -

On the way home from work, I was wondering what I might do in that situation.
I'd have to phone my ex, and tell in her in a really apologetic voice:
"I wish you would have told me you were coming round to collect all that wine. It's just - and I don't know what made me do this, it must be the stress - I've put rat poison in one of the bottles."
"What do you mean, you've poisoned one of the wine bottles? Which one?"
"Do you know, what with all the stress of the split-up, and the bottles will be all mixed up now - I can't remember which one ... anyway, cheers!"
(looks for smiley of pantomime villain twiddling his moustache and cackling)

Evening all.
I see the elite are doing what they do best.
You lot are awesome. :T
Scamps- the same goes for me, if there is anything I can do to help you out. Please just ask.
Big fats hugs to you hun xLife is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -

Bad idea  not only is it illegal, Scamps would be pursued for payment anyway if she didn't pay up. He doesn't know where she lives, remember. All it would do is ruin her credit rating. It would be very easy for her to prove she knew nothing about it.
Anyway Scamps doesn't need to do bad things to feel betterRevenge is not all it's cracked up to be!

its no more illegal to get joint credit than its to empty a joint account
this happened to a family member and they could do nothing his misses run up £125000 in his name without his consent after leaving and he could do nothing he is still paying it off0 -
Ordered these boots yesterday in the T's sale for £9
They look very similar to the brown ones I'm wearing from Clarks
Just had a rather odd concoction for dinner (to use up some stuff out of the fridge)....carrots broccoli and sprouts, some chicken jalfrezi, a sausage and some grated cheese on top
It was really nice :eek:0 -

Scamps knows me well enough to know Im saying this with the absolute best of intentions. He also knows I'd help him out any way I could.
BUT this is not a good idea. It's a lovely sentiment but besides Scamps being the sort who wouldn't accept this sort of help (as he's said) it is something that im sure many of us have seen in the past. It can all go horribly wrong and cause arguments. Giving to charity or a collection like we did when Mad passed is one thing. Giving money to fellow eliters who have fallen on hard times is not something we should do in my opinion. Those who would rather not may feel bad and others may feel like they have to even if they can't because they don't have much themselves.
Im sorry if not everyone agrees with that. It is just my opinion. We can all help with advice, support and even practical help and Im sure plenty will. This isn't a go at you at all, as I said the sentiment is lovely.0
