It's a serious offer. Might not be much or much use but it might make a difference :)

You'll bounce back from this. You're a good bloke who has been crapped on from a very great height :(

What comes around goes around
Thankyou Qoc. :A We'll have to sort something out. X

You and i know that glitches will come around again and you'll be stocked up with wine before you know it. not much of a help now though :o But I'll have a virtual  with you :D

I thought of that earlier. All the more glitches for me. :D

As for peeps advice Re- CAB and Police. I have an appointment on friday with CAB. I have spoken to the police and as there was no 'break in', It's a mater for the solicitors to deal with, they won't do anything without proof of ownership!! And as mostly everything was paid from the joint accout, I'm screwed!!!
Trying to prove that I had 100's of cleaning products, t/rolls and the like from glitches is going be hard. :rotfl: I can see them now, " Ah Mr S. are you telling me that all this M&S stuff is yours but you didn't pay for it, and are you telling me you only paid 1p for all this lot?" :rotfl: How the hell am I going to explain that one to a judge?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

ASda baby event starts soon (can't remember when) but when i flicked through the leaflet yesterday, it shows that cow and gate baby formula is being reduced from £7.49 to £5 a tub... never normally reduces in price so for those that use formula, it's really good. I'll have a look when i get home. The leaflet also said some Olay wrinkle cream was going from £10 down to £5 and there was a £1 off voucher on the A booklet. It was a flyer through the door.

Just checked my leaflet. Sadly it's just the growing up milk that's on offer not the baby formula.

    :)

I purchased this camera from Ts for £25 :D

    2urtrfm.jpg

Unfortunately when I unpacked it, it was missing most of the parts :( so I can't even see if it works.
    Shortened version -
I've spent the last 3 days going back & fro to the store on glimmers of hope that they have found the parts, then I was sent to telephoning CS, emailing CS & getting nowhere :wall:

Anyway today an idea was suggested to me & I acted upon it :D

Fingers crossed I will have a fabulous functioning camera

Maybe you could produce the last 10 versions of this thread as evidence :p "Your honour, I now present item 45 - a document entitled "The Good, the Mad and the Lovely". It runs to some 500 pages, so bear with..." :rotfl:

All joking aside, I am sorry for your situation - I hope there's at least a faint light at the end of the tunnel

One step in the right direction Scamps I'm pleased to hear you have an appointment with CAB on Friday, that's not a bad wait time as they are always so busy. ;)

And you are definitely not screwed if most of it was paid for from the joint account, make sure you write everything down that she has taken with time and date etc.

Yes stash stuff will be difficult to account for but there will be other glitches but things like the tv are definitely half yours. I had to pay my ex half of the worth of washing machine, tumble dryer and cooker to keep them. :(
