Forgot to mention I also got 3x amyrillis in cream ceramic pots reduced to £1-25 each and the Hyacinths various colours in a tin pot decorated with flowers were also the same price reduction (were £5) as were the Narcissis and they are now all potted up:TI am now off to sort myself out before I settle down for the evening to watch CC Big Brother and much as I have resisted I think the Thortons Reindeer with be demolished tonight;)
Enjoy your evening and especially those of us who like BB:T

Good evening, whenever I'm allowed on here by my dodgy phone system! Once again, apologies for the lack of smilies and inability to catch up! A bit of a comparison vs Morries and a bit of a very minor 'glitch', according to me, on the Spaghetti Loops. M have the straight Savers Spaghetti but I can't find any Loops/Hoops version instore. I got a full run of results vs M!

These results should last until some point on Sunday. HTH.

Confirmed vs M last night (2/1)

12 items on your bill qualify for comparisonASDALogoWhite.gif Morrisons

I also saw (although they weren't on my shopping list anyway) the Dairylea Dunkers instore today had now gone on rolback at £1. As A are now (just) more than 10% cheaper, they should be removed from the M list and now put onto Tvs A or (if available) Svs A instead. Not too pleased about Tvs A though at the moment, given that T are on 'half price' £1.12, therefore seems best to wait for T to double back up in price and hopefully for A to still be on £1 at that moment! Meanwhile, for possible Tvs S, perhaps a good help if you have cond.spends, the Pepsi 8 pack fridge fillers £3.99 vs £1.99 (check sains.co.uk to make sure you have a correct version and hope that T's computers pick up the item on sains.co.uk at £1.99).

The Bananas, the Minced Beef & Onion Pies (aren't they a bit dear for their weight though, given that bigger frozen ones can get knocked down to 20p?), the SP Chicken Fillets and the Apple Pies are, as you probably know, also items that go on Avs T.

Just so you can know I've devised it properly against Morrisons, the results vs T for the Spaghetti Loops is 19p, the Brocolli is £1.10 and the Sausage Rolls £1.38. The Raspberry Swiss Roll is N/A as is the SP Yogurt. Glad the Bird's Eye pies compared vs M (of course T and W are higher than M at the moment, and S is N/A) and I wasn't deterred by the Rolo Dessert having increased in price to £1.98 in Mr A, although I did think a bit of an 'eek' when putting it onto my shopping.

For completeness sake, for myself, I'll go and check whether there are any Savers Spaghetti Loops on M's website, not that it matters.

Alright, goodnight! (Written 10.30pm 2/1/14, and unable to get here till now, so I may be back...!)

Thanks for everyones good wishes. :A

Just popped back to their flat to pick up my stuff, quick visit back at hospital and then I'm heading home for tonight. Hope don't catch anymore flooded roads. Been bit of a nightmare.

DD1 looking very tired, Teeny needs to start feeding properly before they will be allowed home. ;)

Not much I can do here and DD2 going back to uni either tomorrow or sunday so I can't be in 2 places at once and DD1 does have the lovely midwives at the moment. :A

Hi - are they 'staff discount' prices in A, vs T? Should be Avs S on the Nescafe for the same effective price (£3.60) as their staff discount gives?

Worth keeping an eye on freecycle and similar; that's how I got my slow cooker. Or post a 'Wanted', see if anyone's having a clear-out or moving house.
They were on sale in Mr T at £12 before Xmas; looked like good value to me.
UPDATE - here's the link to the Mr T slow cooker for £12, also available online
